Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Through an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and chanting of mantras. The goal is to increase physical vitality and increase consciousness, so you can achieve a life full of lightness, joy and love for oneself and others.

Please join us; £12 per session on a drop-in basis.

Please bring your own mat, blanket, cushion and blocks, if you have them. I will have spare mats and blocks if not.

The Choir has continued online since the first lockdown in March 2020.  It is now meeting again in person, although those wishing to remain online are continuing to participate via Zoom.

Preparations are afoot for Christmas performances: the Choir will sing outside Poston Mill's pop-up Christmas Shop on Friday 3 December (timings TBC) and on Friday 17 December they will lead outdoor carolling, beginning at The Hub and moving through the village towards the Nag's Head.

Our Community Choir is a warm and friendly group, keen to welcome new members.  Anyone who wants to join the choir can get in touch with Joy Rickwood on Joyrickwood3@yahoo.co.uk
