Practised regularly, Kundalini Yoga can strengthen your immune system, help you manage stress and improve your overall health and wellbeing. Kundalini Yoga utilises breath, movement and mantra. It's an experience to experience! Open to all levels of expertise (or none). £40 for a 5 week course, £50 for a 6 week course; £10 for the first drop-in (£8 concessions), £12 per drop-in thereafter.
Chair Based Yoga
12pm - 1pm
For those who require a more gentle approach to yoga, this class is particularly beneficial for the elderly and people recovering from injury or illness.We work with breath and with laughter! £6 a session.

Emma Towersey is a Mat level 3 qualified Pilates teacher with over 10 years' Pilates experience. Pilates practised on a regular basis can have numerous benefits: improved strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and most importantly, posture. Mats provided. 7pm - 8.30pm
Joy's community choir is accessible to anyone of any age or experience – from those who are new to singing to those who have enjoyed singing for years. There are no auditions and no obligations. The choir sessions are voice led and are designed for the enjoyment of singing together in harmony, using a wide range of songs, styles and techniques. Please contact for more details.

From January 2020, Chatty Café will take place weekly at The Hub. A small number of tables are allocated to those who would prefer not to sit alone and free transport is available to and from The Hub for those who need it. Please contact Holly on 01981 551143 to find out more...
Kids' Play Café
9.30am - 11.00am (during term-time)
A relaxed and informal play café for 0 - 4 year olds (and their parents!). The café is available exclusively for children and parents from 9.30 - 11am before opening to the general public at 11am. Grown-ups can enjoy coffee and cake whilst the little ones have healthy snack bowls. A great selection of toys are put out for children to enjoy and the library opens at 11am so visitors can browse a lovely selection of children's books.
Trained breastfeeding support volunteers attend the Kids' Play Café fortnightly and the Health Visitors operate a monthly drop-in service.
