The Hub Café is a warm and welcoming place to enjoy a cup of coffee, a piece of cake or a light lunch. We have also introduced a hearty hot meal for the cooler months ahead. Sit-in or takeaway...the choice is yours!
We welcome passers-by, local residents, families, walkers, cyclists and dogs. Visit alone or with friends and make use of our comfy sofas in the winter and our outdoor tables in warmer weather.
The majority of our soups, cakes and scones are made by volunteers, many of whom also work in the café. We also serve quiche by local legend, Mary Powell, and ice-cream from Rowlestone Farm.
Our hot dishes and Chef's Specials are prepared by our cook Jayne Owen who delights in offering traditional 'family favourites' to customers.
Chatty Café at The Hub
The Hub Café is part of the nationwide Chatty Café scheme. If you would like to pop in
